Summer Camp

Our summer program provides a variety of exciting, educational and challenging activities led by experienced educators and counselors. Our themes and activities each week are chosen so that all age groups are in a fun and safe environment to explore, create, learn, imagine, and make new friends.

Ateret Israel Summer Camp is available for children ages 2-5. You may enroll for the entire summer or individual weeks. 

Two different day lengths are available: a "Partial Day" session from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and a “Full Day” session from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for those needing additional hours. Some of the fun included are: Build-A-Bear Workshop, Petting Zoo, Water Activities, Messy Art, Zumba, and much more!

9:00 am: Core Hours Begin & Outdoor Play
9:30 - 10:00 am: Snack
​10:00– 12:00 pm: Activity Rotations
12:00 – 12:30 pm: Lunch
12:45 – 1:00 pm: Partial Day Dismissal
1:00 – 2:00 pm: Indoor Activities
2:00 – 2:30 pm: Snack
​2:30-3:00: Outdoor Activities
3:00 – 3:15 pm: Full Day Dismissal
Activities involve crafts, games, stories, music, messy art, and other special activities. Daily lunch is included in the camp fee.

 $75 non-refundable deposit is required (not applied towards camp tuition)

FAQ

Are there any refunds or credits for days that my child is sick or absent?

Please send a message via Brightwheel if your child will be absent. Unfortunately, camp activities are booked in advance based on the registrations received, so we are unable to provide credits or refunds for days missed due to sickness or for any other reason.

What should my child wear and bring to camp on water activity days?

On water activity (indicated on the calendar with a water drop icon) please send your child to school with a towel, water shoes, wearing his or her bathing suit, and with sunscreen already applied. Teachers will apply more sunscreen during the day. Include a change of clothes and shoes. 

How can I pay for Summer Camp?

Our online Brightwheel portal offers easy payment by credit/debit card or bank account. You may also choose to pay by check to the office. Check payments must be received in advance, prior to your child's first day.

What should my child wear to camp each day?

Your child should dress in cool/comfortable summer clothes with closed-toed shoes. Please put sunscreen on your child before arriving in the morning. Complete a Sunscreen Application Authorization Form, available in the office or online, and send a labeled bottle of sunscreen to school for us to re-apply sunscreen later in the day. 

How do I sign up?

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis via our online registration portal only. Early registration is encouraged to avoid any disappointment. Enrollment is accepted only when you complete the online process fully, along with a completed Summer Contract and fees.

What lunch options are available for my camper?

A freshly prepared lunch is provided by Camp.
